Our team is drawn from a wide professional background, such as health services, accounting, finance and small business owners. Among our team we have NDIS recipients (participants), so we offer a unique perspective when advocating for our participants. That firsthand knowledge of how to access services from providers gives us insight regarding discussions about participant needs and capacity building.
We have a dedicated concierge service and access to a care manager available 24/7 to address any participant needs, offering timely and effective resolution to any participant needs. This service is geared towards participant control and aims to give participants a voice at any point.
We are dedicated to working with all our participants to assist them in achieving their life goals as outlined in their NDIS Plans. We encourage participants to share any other personal goals to empower them and help them to get involved in the community. We are also devoted to assisting our participants meet their lifestyle choices as we pride ourselves in facilitating the realisation of life goals.
